Welcome to the W: a Collective Space for Women and Girls. Operated by YWCA Cambridge, this space is the home to our Women's Programs (Small Steps to Success) and Girls' Programs (STEPS, SHYFT, TechGyrls, STEM Mentoring & GLOW). The W provides free, participant-led programming for women and girls.
